Extreme Chill Festival kynnir:

One of the biggest icons of electronic music, Tangerine Dream has painted stadium-sized soundscapes for no less than half a century. Founded and led by Edgar Froese in 1967, the German group has pioneered genres like ambient, Berlin School and Kosmische Musik, released over 100 studio albums, created over sixty film and computer game scores (GTA V) and were seven times Grammy nominated.
Following Froese’s passing in 2015 the group’s remaining members Thorsten Quaeschning, Ulrich Schnauss and Hoshiko Yamane have continued to fulfill the founder’s musical visions both on the album Quantum Gate (2017) and through live performances at Dekmantel or Flow Festival or the Barbican Hall in London. Froese’s wife Bianca Froese-Acquaye is working closely with the band and upholding the legacy of her husband.
